Founded in 2016, ARON Lighting LLC is a family-owned, U.S.-based manufacturer of high-quality interior LED lighting solutions. From our 30,000+ square foot manufacturing facility in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, we design, engineer, and build our products in-house—allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, responsiveness, and control.
ARON partners closely with manufacturer representatives, architects, engineers, lighting designers, interior designers, and end users to deliver innovative, American-made luminaires. Our products are built around advanced optics and proprietary LED engines, offering outstanding beam control, color accuracy, and consistency. We support our customers through strong relationships with representative agencies and distributor partners nationwide.
Position Summary
ARON Lighting is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow and support business within an assigned territory. This role may be based in Conshohocken, PA or remote within the United States, with regular travel required.
The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with manufacturer representative agencies, the design community, and internal ARON teams to expand market presence and drive project-based sales. Team members in this role will spend time at ARON Lighting’s Conshohocken headquarters periodically for training, collaboration, and alignment.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and motivated, with strong presentation skills and a hands-on approach to growing the business.
What You’ll Do
- Be a leader in your territory: Manage and support manufacturer representative agencies to drive strong performance and exceptional results
- Drive growth: Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed annual sales goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work hand-in-hand with company ownership and the marketing team to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives
- Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with reps, specifiers, distributors, and other key influencers within your assigned territory
- Represent ARON in the field: Attend industry trade shows and events, set up and manage trade show booths, and serve as an engaging and knowledgeable brand ambassador
- Be a strong marketer: Promote ARON products with energy and professionalism—someone specifiers want to talk to and trust
- Stay organized and accountable: Plan travel strategically, track activity and results by market, and report on performance and opportunities within your territory

- Significant travel within assigned territory
