ARON partners closely with manufacturer representatives, architects, engineers, lighting designers, interior designers, and end users to deliver innovative, American-made luminaires. Position Summary<\/span><\/h3>\n

ARON Lighting is seeking a <\/span>Regional Sales Manager<\/strong> to grow and support business within an assigned territory. This role may be based in <\/span>\n Conshohocken, PA or remote within the United States<\/strong>, with regular travel required.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with manufacturer representative agencies, the design community, and internal ARON teams to expand market presence and drive project-based sales. Team members in this role will spend time at ARON Lighting\u2019s Conshohocken headquarters periodically for training, collaboration, and alignment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and motivated, with strong presentation skills and a hands-on approach to growing the business.<\/span><\/p>\n
